The current printed brochure materials for Chelsea contain language that may be deemed to imply that all large schools or all elsewhere-employed ESL teachers are guilty of doing the following:
Deliberately slowing students' progress to keep them paying longer than necessary
Employing or being ESL teachers who are unqualified and/or disinterested
Offering little or inadequate personal attention and real practice time to students
Of course, Chelsea Language Academy regrets what may be viewed as an editing error and what might potentially be perceived as a criticism of all big schools and all other language teachers. Chelsea Language Academy wants people to understand that its criticism is limited to only the subset of big schools and language teachers who may be seen by observers as meriting the three criticisms noted above and in Chelsea Language Academy's currently available brochure literature.
